Our mission is to be the single preferred choice for heavy lift and heavy transport services in the industry. We work to achieve this mission by ensuring that every project is managed by a fully competent member of the Barnhart Team. Rigorous training is provided to our Team as well as appropriate resources to meet customer needs. Additionally, periodic audits are conducted to ensure all standards are met and any opportunities for improvement are utilized.
Barnhart's Quality Management System operates from a framework of continual improvement, which increases the probably of enhancing customer satisfaction. We maintain documented procedures for all functions that meet requirements of ISO 9001. These procedures and supporting documentation reinforce the framework for establishing and reviewing the company Quality Objectives. Our Quality Management Process reflects our commitment not only to quality, but conforms to all relevant safety standards and requirements.
