Technical Training

To ensure that our personnel continue to stay on the cutting edge of industry practices and standards, Barnhart has devoted resources to a wide-reaching technical training program for each employee in their field of expertise.

It is our goal to continually develop our sales and technical staff as well as our field superintendents, riggers and operators. At Barnhart we utilize outside training as well as specific training crafted by the professionals of our company.

Much of our equipment is engineered, fabricated and assembled by the Barnhart technical services team. As such we have developed a system of qualification to ensure that every operator within the company has been properly trained, mentored and tested in his or her ability.
